The older employee at the cash desk on the left speaks loudly to customers through the store like a drunken anti-social mother with her child, on the hint that I do not want her to talk to me like that, she could not develop any insight, it was discussed in a way which the company Backwerk is certainly not close to. It makes you think what is wrong in this shop that the employee is so frustrated when facing the customers. The chickenburger was of consistently good quality, but would avoid this store next time due to the customer treatment. A pity...

Had a 25 minute stay while we were waiting for the Regio to Berlin. Weather was bad and we just wanted a hot coffee. The employee had taken an unofficial break for the entire 25 minutes and the shop was closed. Thanks for nothing.

grossly overpriced pharmacy prices

A good and healthier alternative for a "snack in between" as opposed to greasy fast food like at other train stations. There is a star deduction for the prices. They are very high as usual at railways and airports.
